The Art of Myrrhbearing: Encountering Christ through Serving Others, by Elissa Bjeletich Davis (2026). I’ve read blurbs about this book and love the premise. The title alone hints that the author believes in the key concept that prompted this website well over a decade ago – that the myrrh bearers are remarkable role models for modern Christian life. Although I have yet to read it, I nevertheless I include this book here trusting that since I believe that Ancient Fatih Publishing values excellence, the book should prove valuable to me.
